“The room was very tight for a hotel—especially the bathroom, which felt more like a closet. The double doors had no lock, and the setup was awkward. For a room with two queen beds, there was only one chair and no table, which made relaxing or eating inside quite uncomfortable. The check-in counter was tiny—just two lanes—so it got crowded quickly. Although the hotel offers automated check-in/out kiosks, they charge an extra $10 fee, so nobody uses them—which defeats the purpose and doesn’t help reduce the long wait at the counter. To make things worse, the cooler was running, so we had to turn it to the warmest setting just to stay comfortable. Even then, it was still not warm enough during our stay in January. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for a casino resort and felt more like a budget stopover.”
