“Sara the front desk was not the customer service I was expecting from an IHG holiday inn property. She was not able to get my reservation right. Also when I went down to ask to speak to someone about the multiple hotel charges (after the room was paid) she told me there was no supervisor or manager in the property and the next one will come in at 3:00pm. I was expecting more from an IHG holiday inn property especially if it one of the most expensive places to stay here in the area. ”

“Stayed 2 days with family for a wedding. Check in was no issue. The included breakfast buffet is nothing fancy but is filling. The pancake making machine is fun to watch but the pancakes weren't great - perhaps a waffle maker would be better. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options. Our room was spacious and the build in desk/shelves were great for organizing our stuff. The bathroom was fine but bad lighting for doing makeup. The fireplace in the room was great and made our stay feel extra cozy. The weather was chilly outside so we decided not to check out the outdoor hot tub, but I could see it being good after a day of skiing. The hotel's location is easy to find off the main road Big Bear Blvd and it's easy to drive around town. ”

“When we checked in we were in a rush for our restaurant reservation. As mentioned in description 24 hours service- office leave at 11.00 p.m. bed sheets pillows weren’t changed, hair, trash under the cover. Pillows in stains one of them was all brown, looked like it’s ten years old. Towels the same very old, stains disgusting. Dust everywhere, the heater falling apart, in the room very cold. We have a kitchen, glasses were in dishwasher but they were so dirty. In the sink was left brush with paint. Have a lot of videos and photos. If management would like to contact me can prove every word. It’s the dirtiest room in my life, but definitely not the cheapest!!!! Very disappointed ”

“Was given a wrong room type initially but the front staff quickly rectified it. Room was small and old but clean. Location was very good. We can walk to most of the restaurants and shops. Wifi was good, free parking for guests. ”

“They are the most friendly accommodating people in the big bear area! The rooms are all nice and rustic with cowboy themes like “Butch and Sundance” and “Sierra Madre” and there is beautiful furniture and art everywhere! Very rustic! The woman is the nicest woman and speaks with the most awesome translator device I’ve ever seen. I want one! 10/10”
