Big Bear Lakefront Lodge

When we checked in we were in a rush for our restaurant reservation. As mentioned in description 24 hours service- office leave at 11.00 p.m. bed sheets pillows weren’t changed, hair, trash under the cover. Pillows in stains one of them was all brown, looked like it’s ten years old. Towels the same very old, stains disgusting. Dust everywhere, the heater falling apart, in the room very cold. We have a kitchen, glasses were in dishwasher but they were so dirty. In the sink was left brush with paint. Have a lot of videos and photos. If management would like to contact me can prove every word. It’s the dirtiest room in my life, but definitely not the cheapest!!!! Very disappointed
