“Hyatt Regency Bethesda has an excellent location, at the main street with Metro right next to it. The bed is very comfort, the pillows are too soft for me though. The TV is big and clear, but somehow the remote controller doesn't work well. Plenty towels were provided without toothbrush and toothpaste until requested. I had a high expectation on the breakfast included , which turned out to be just a meal coupon to be redeemed at the Starbucks next to the lobby. The choices are very limited. The room is big, clean and spacious, but the power sockets are located quite awkwardly. It made the things squeezy and inconvenient. The iron didn't work well with water leaking at the back of the bottom. The staff at the reception is helpful and accommodating, but shorthanded and easily got queue up. No free bottled water is provided. You have to fill it from the dispenser yourself providing you have a bottle with you. Network connection is good and stable. Took me quite a while to connect my phone to the Wifi. All in all, I won't say it's a bad experience. However, I don't think it worth of the value given the money paid. ”

“2박을 묵었습니다. 지하철역까지 도보 3분, 베데스다 로우(상점과 레스토랑)까지 도보로 조금 걸으면 됩니다. 유일한 단점은 객실의 히터/선풍기/에어컨이 매우 시끄럽고 침대 린넨과 베개가 최상의 품질이 아니었다는 것입니다. 하지만 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 좋습니다!”

“This trip was not planned but we was in the area on a date night and decided to drop in a secure a room with this just the close on our backs. I explained to front desk clerk I believe his name was Shawn. Either it way, it was the young black guy who assisted me as I informed him it’s my 5yr wedding anniversary. He immediately congratulated me with a smile and stated let me see what I can do to help make this experience even more special for my wife and I. Let’s just say, before it was all over my room was upgraded with a beauty city view with access to the M-Club Lounge!! I was simply impressed with the hotel and the intentionality of the service we received!”

“The quality of the hotel is excellent but location is bad since there are nothing around the hotel as it is located in the middle of residential area.”
