“Two women working at the desk upon check in were very rude and unprofessional! I explained that I already paid for my room online, but they were not listening to me. Tried charging my card AGAIN! Neither one apologized for the stupidity they shoes and admitted that they were wrong. I was so worked up and wasted a lot of time. Neither one explained any of the things available at the hotel. So any “Joe” off the street could have been checking people in.”

Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly and the room was quiet and comfortable. ”
