“This was a great hotel. I booked it for a very low price and really loved the room. The only thing I didn't care for was the location. Too much traffic, although it was central to several restaurants. I give it a 3.8 out of 5 stars.”

“Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was clean. Noise from other rooms minimumal. Nice updated rooms.”

“Very comfortable and a friendly staff.”

“We stayed here after a very long day on the road, and it was perfect. I walked in the door to check in, and Angie was there with a big smile on her face to greet us. She was amazing! The hotel itself was very clean and our room was clean as well and very comfortable. The bed was great! We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was obvious in the middle of transitioning to a newer boutique hotel. The lobby was fresh, had nice furniture and inviting. The elevator was hit or miss, buttons kept sticking. The halls had new flooring and paint. But our room was the old unremodeled room. Our friends had the brand new refinished room and it looked as depicted in the pictures. We stayed there because of price and availability but it was not central to the biking trails we were there for.”

“We got tired on a road trip and found the closest hotel... it was this one. They had one room left and we were so pleasantly surprised we'd wished we'd booked two nights and just stayed in Bentonville! Staff was extremely friendly and the room was huge and very clean. Very impressed! Would visit Bentonville again just to stay there.”

“Our room was not clean and bed was very uncomfortable! Although it was very close to airport there was a weird smell in the room the lock on the door was all messed up and the floors were filthy ”

“We ended up being at this hotel SIX NIGHTS!! If it had NOT been prepaid through Agoda, we would have LEFT after the first night!! We arrived late in the evening to check in the first night. Around midnight, I went to shower & there was NO soap or the usual toiletry items in the bathroom. I called the front desk & the gentleman said I could come down & get some. I would have thought he should have brought it to our room. I found some soap in my luggage & went to shower - NO HOT WATER. I AGAIN called the front desk AFTER taking a COLD shower to ask if there was a problem with the hotel water heating system. This time the same gentleman was VERY RUDE & just kept saying: “I can cancel your reservation & you can go somewhere else!” He said that THREE TIMES!! I said it was after 1:00am, we couldn’t just pack up now & try to find somewhere else to go! But we should have!! They will ONLY clean your room AFTER 3 nights. But, that is not stated ANYWHERE until you CHECK IN & you get your key card envelope - there is a little piece of paper inside saying they ONLY clean rooms on Wednesday & Saturday. So, if you go to this hotel & check in on Wednesday & check out on Saturday- your room is NEVER CLEANED!! RIDICULOUS!! We asked every morning to have our room cleaned & was given excuse after excuse. AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN our room on WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY!! Had to go BACK to the front desk each of those nights & DEMAND the room be cleaned the next morning. I spoke to night managers EVERY night we were there & asked to have the manager CONTACT ME! Two of the women actually wrote notes in front of me with my name, phone number, & room number. I have NEVER HEARD from the manager. And one of the night staff told me the manager “comes in around 9:00-9:30am because he has other things to do before coming here, & he leaves about 3:00pm.” Hmm, the HOTEL MANAGER shows up AFTER the majority of guests check out, & LEAVES FOR THE DAY at the time CHECKIN STARTS!!! Again RIDICULOUS! I am”
