Wi-Fi was reliable and the facilities were exceptional. Staff was helpful, although there was room for improvement. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was impressive and we would recommend it to others. Great value for money.”

“I was there for a golf trip. Nicolette was very helpful in guiding me around. There is a brewpub literally right across the street, many very good restaurant options and a Safeway not even a mile away. The Breakfast is also very good with many options. I don't usually review, but felt it necessary in this case.”

“The room was new and clean, with lots of compartments for putting your bags and hanging your clothes. The fridge even had a freezer so you can buy ice cream during your stay. The only down point was the housekeeping was only performed after 3 nights of stay.”

“Motel West is a very good value motel in a sea of increasingly expensive lodging options in Bend. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but otherwise it has all the basics. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an affordable place to stay in Bend that is only a hop and skip from downtown!”
