“What an excellent little property. Renovated 8 months ago and very nicely appointed. My favorite part of our stay was the personal, friendly and attentive staff member, from the Manager Frank, and his staff Debbie and Jess the night auditor were all just lovely and each went above and beyond for us while we were staying! This is my new go to establishment for lodging while in the Batavia area! Thank you team! ”

“I went with this place as a one night stay-over, and don't regret doing it. The cost was low compared to the area, and the room was reasonable, and clean enough. The staff were nice, but the whole thing felt a little slip-shot. Location wise, this is very close to Batavia Downs, and just a bit down the road from a large shopping center, with places to eat and shop, right off of I90. The down sides were many. The microwave in the room was dirty on arrival. There were several overpriced vending machines, but none of the ice machines worked. The wifi was there, but how to get on it wasn't clear, and there was nothing documentation wise in the room or at the front desk. Each of the very spacious lobby rooms are nearly empty, each having maybe a couch. The front lobby area is huge, and very empty, with just a couple small couches, a table with chairs, and a single TV mounted on the wall, which echoes through the area. There were a few empty desks in one alcove that might have had plug and network jacks, but no computers. The breakfast was very basic: some apples & bananas, oatmeal, coffee, and a few muffins. Don't expect more than a snack. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, with clean beds and working showers? This place is great. It's a step above a hostel, but just a hair. Beyond that? Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed.”
