“We stayed 1 week and it was really great. I would love to give all 5 stars if they have a secure Wi-Fi in the room. Unfortunately the only public Wi-Fi connection was available. Many professional apps what we have to use did not work on unsecured internet. We asked them to change it but were declined. ”

“I called hotel before booking and was told I would get 4 Noah's Ark passes, upon arrival was told I only get 2 so I had to buy 2 more from them. I was charged $100 hold for incidental fee, then was told my card didn't work so they ran it again. I checked my bank account and it had worked so was actually charged $200. When I asked the front desk they brushed it off "sorry, but you do get it back if you don't damage anything". When we came back for the night the police were in the room next door to ours. I understand things happen, but later that night an officer returned to talk to the front desk and overheard the staff member jokingly say, "yeah, we see it all here". Very loud all night waking us up-(thin walls) could hear tvs and people talking from several surrounding rooms. Would not recommend staying here, especially with young children.”
