“Poor sanitary condition, smells cigarette 🚬 everywhere including elevators. Bathrooms dirty, old sheets and mattresses including pillows 😴. Wasted my money. Will never refer anyone.”

“Man, I wanted to stay one more night! Lol ”

“Great location reasonable prices and stores are within walking distance ”

“I was booked into a room where I could tell that the floor (5th) was meant for 3rd party visitors and people they deemed "partiers". The entire floor smelled like cigarettes. After being there for an hr, I had already spotted a roach in my shower, 2 more in my pillow, 1 under the sheet and a beg bug on another pillow. I discreetly asked the front desk lady could I move and she obliged. Got to my new room on the 2nd floor which smelled just as bad as the 5th and got to my room which AGAIN was infested with roaches and also came with a new problem, gnats. At least 8 gnats.. that gave me something to do at least, I spent over 1 and a half hr trying to kill those all the while seeing the occasion Baby or father roach crawl on a dresser on over the carpet. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any hotel in Baltimore. And I've been to some seedy ass places! This place needs to be exterminated or closed before the roaches start getting comfortable enough to walk in and check in at the front desk themselves”

“Exceptional in every way! ”

“First time visitor and the place was great. No, using a shared bathroom isn’t the best in the world, but it’s effectively like an Airbnb without having to pay a bunch of random fees. It’s in a nice and vibrant neighborhood that had plenty going on, is a block away from the university and some good food options, and is right next to a few options for taking the bus into downtown. A towel was provided as well which helped tremendously. I felt safe as well behind 3 sets of locks over 2 doors. Would recommend. ”

“Decided to treat my Mom and me to a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. EVERYTHING was fantastic from all Staff to the rooms. This made for a special Mother-Daughter time! Thank you all so very much! ”

“The hilton staff were so accomodating. Breakfast was great, room was so spacious with all the needed amenities. Thanks so much!”

“We have stayed at a number of hotels in different chains in the White Marsh area. We like this area because it is convenient to the highways and lots of dining options, and the Avenue is always a hit. The Fairfield Inn suite room had a great, unique layout! The sitting area added extra room to move for our family of 5. With 2 beds and a sofa there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was adequate but not the best. I love hotel waffles but I passed on these. ”
