“Our room had broken fixtures, switches, filthy electronics, cigarette butts on the balcony floor, a cracked toilet, a broken sink faucet handle, black mold spread across the ac/heater vents, broken and empty shower toiletries, and also scratchy towels I wouldn't use on my pets. The public areas (except breakfast area) were unkept, messy and dirty. The noise from other rooms kept us awake or woke us and a good night's sleep didn't happen. The free breakfast... well, it was free but grossly inadequate... but free. Upon entry to the place, my father-in-law was solicited for cash by a homeless woman. The staff were polite and respectful but overwhelmed. I have no idea how this location carries a Days Inn and Wyndam brand. Plus side... the beds and pillows were comfortable, but the blanket between the sheets, just don't look at it or touch it. Let me know if you'd like to see the photos.”

“Overall a good experience. Breakfast, pool, and complimentary billiards, foosball, and shuffle board games were highlights. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and drain didn’t work great on shower”

“I stayed for two nights and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. During my entire stay, not a single bottle of complimentary water was provided, which is something many hotels typically offer. On the morning of checkout, my room key stopped working before the official checkout time, forcing me to make an unnecessary trip to the front desk. This was especially frustrating because the front desk was located very far from my room. In addition, the hotel charges a very expensive parking fee even though it is not located in the downtown area. The parking cost felt unreasonable for the location. Overall, the combination of poor service, inconvenience, and high parking fees made this stay disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.”
