“I had a wonderful experience here.”

“The pool was very dirty. Other than discards of previous swimmers (wet towels, clothes and other things soaked and everywhere) the water was murky and there was visible dirt, grime and build up all around the room and pool and there were no towels. The bed sheets were clean, but stiff. I broke out in a rash from the bed. I was up all night watching my kids making sure nothing crawled on them-nothing did!!! But I'm still exhausted. The staff was pleasant, the room was decent. The pool was off putting enough that it made me question everything else and become nitpicky in ways I wouldn't normally be. They were out of items at breakfast and said they were waiting on a truck . The Waffles were a good staple of hotel breakfasts. I'm sure had their truck been on time the Biscuits would have been fresh and other items enjoyed.”

“Due to a storm knocking out our power, I needed to come to the hotel for some relief from the heat, aka working A/C. I got there at 10 pm and just wanted to cool down and watch TV. Initially everything was fine, but the next morning I could see the room around me. Everything had a layer of dust on it. From the TV, to the furniture, to the coffee maker and the windows. The shower pressure was nil. Every light in the hallway was covered in dust. Garbage on the floor, walls under repair and the pool was closed. It should be known that from the outside it looks amazing with the new paint job, and the lobby was very nice. The property manager is under construction, but if you're going to rent rooms while renovating, at least make sure they're presentable. ”

“Good stay, did have problem with air not working in room but hotel resolved that very quickly. Only problem is that hotel gave me a discount but Agoda says I have to wait 30 to 45 days for them to refund me. So probably won't use 3rd party booking again”

“This hotel had a very nice breakfast. The pool was clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs and requests. Will definitely stay here again. ”
