“We arrived at the place at night but was quite disappointed and decided to leave and look for another place instead.
1. The property is located in a dark alley within a bug-infested area, with poor signage and far from any commercial zone. it was quite a bit of distance from the city and out where there’s not really any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.
2. The room was on the third floor, accessible only by two extremely steep stairways—one of which is an external staircase. This poses a significant hazard, especially when it rains, as it did on the day we arrived.
3. The listing indicated that the room had two beds. However, when we were shown the room, there were only two mattresses placed on the floor, which cannot reasonably be considered actual beds.
