“Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel in a great location. Stayed one night with family so didn't get a chance to use the facilities. The buffet breakfast was disappointing however, and as I got up to leave I was charged for the hot drinks, despite no indication that they were not included as part of the breakfast!”
