“Room are just plain and dull. Many signs of aging and deterioration everywhere that have not been taken care of. Probably one of the worst mattress I have ever slept. It is a pity as hall and breakfast are nice, but overall I cannot recommend it.”

“We loved our stay. The room and balcony was huge and clean. We extended our stay and when the ladies didn't clean our room. We pressed the room clean button and almost immediately the ladies arrived. The location is in the suburbs opposite a mall. Although the area was very busy, we weren't affected by the noise from the street. (We were on the 5th floor). The walk down to the harbor was 1km, we enjoyed the stroll. Breakfast was a lovely spread.”

“The Staff in all areas were excellent the hotel was clean and well run However we had a room with a garden view which was actually a view of a shabby waste area which is not looked after full of rubbish and a scruffy side of a building not the best view for a room in this price range :-( The room was small with a large bedside table on one side and nothing on the other side they could put to small tables in which would be more beneficial to the guests. The bed is small double with a narrow quilt ? All rooms I think have ash trays so our room did smell of smoke Good point great air con, fab shower and a kettle. The breakfast was excellent with great views from the breakfast room. The Hotel is in a great location for food and walks along the pier. ”
