“Very friendly staff.. especially Hikmat.. he arranged everything for us.. hot air balloon, sunset safari, city tour .. almost everything. Hotel was clean. And pet friendly. Restaurant was very cozy and had good food options. Overall.. it was a good family time especially we enjoyed snow fall for 2 days.”

“We stayed in a Superior room even though we booked for a standard room, that was the first minute treat. Our room was kept clean during our stay. The breakfast was so good with organic and best kind of stuff. The room was so cool and the room temperature was very good whilst outside was so hot. So we didn’t even need to turn on the AC. We were fed with free cold bottles of water all the time. The bathroom was amazing with its Ottoman Bath theme along with a modern and clean shower. Our Cappadocia stay was memorable thanks to Mustafa Bey and his family.”

“The Akuzun family (owners and management) were incredible hosts, making this boutique hotel outshine the rest in the area. From one of the few authentic cave hotels, where every room is actually carved from stone (not just facade), to incredible service and hospitality, lovely breakfast, and most of all an approach to hospitality where everything is at service, no waiting, no restrictions - you call for tea/coffee whenever you want, and fresh made to order breakfast whenever you wake up. I would recommend this hotel to people of all ages, including those with elderly parents as it is far more accessible then other hotels. It's a 5 star in my book =) all thanks to the wonderful family behind it.”
