“This is a decent hotel. They don’t have real king size beds. They combine two double beds to make it a king. It is not that comfortable. Also the pillows are very low quality for a so called luxury hotel. They feel and look like the ones at cheaper hotels. Spa and pool facilities are okay. Resting area in front of the steam room / sauna is tight without privacy but other than that it provides good value. Breakfast was horrible for Turkish standards. I would not recommend paying extra for it. Other than that it’s a decent hotel for the price level. Safe, clean and a relatively luxury hotel. ”

“We stayed at Hampton thinking that it is a chain hotel it should be clean and neat. We were utterly disappointed by what we have got. The room needs renovation, is was old and dusty, but what was the worst - the smell of smoke. The room was soaked in the smell of sigarettes. In the morning all of us had a headache and dizziness after the night of breathing smoke. It's intolerable for a hampton hotel. The breakfast was very scarce, cheap cheese and cheap ham, a bit of bread and oranges. Not what you expect from a hotel like that. Do not recommend.”

“Genel olarak otelin seviyesi iyi, fiyat–performans açısından tatmin edici. Daha girişte vale ve karşılama hizmeti insana lüks bir otelde olduğunu hissettiriyor. Manzarası oldukça keyifli ve ferah bir atmosferi var. Odalar dikkat çekici şekilde geniş, bu da konfor açısından büyük artı sağlıyor. Oda dekorasyonu biraz eski kalmış olsa da temizlik ve genel düzen yeterli seviyede. Kahvaltı beklentiyi karşılıyor ama çok iddialı değil, orta seviyede diyebilirim. Kısa süreli Gaziantep konaklamaları için kesinlikle tercih edilebilir bir otel. Özellikle benzer fiyat bandındaki diğer “lüks” oteller düşünüldüğünde sunduğu hizmet ve konfor gayet başarılı. İş seyahati veya kısa kaçamaklar için rahatlıkla önerilir.”

“Clean hotel and staff are friendly. The facilities are good, especially the swimming pool. Didn’t try the breakfast so have no clue on that. Location is convenient for transportation because it’s close to highway, and the mosaic museum. On the flip side, it’s in a relatively noisy neighborhood because of the high way access so not for ones looking for quiet place. Btw, it seems accommodating visiting teams of the Turkey soccer super league, extra benefits if you are a fan.”

“건물 낙후, 조식 아주 아주 별로임. 투숙객이 적어서인지, 특히 채소는 신선하지 않고, 전날 사용한 것 그대로 시들은 채로 내놓음. 빵도 그대로 내놓다 보니 딱딱하게 굳어 있음. 구 시대 건물임.”
