“The only advantage was the price, location (close to the sea) and helpfull staff. The rest needs to be improved. 1) The hotel beach (a separate part of the public beach), which anyone can enter, is very dirty (littered), as is the entire beach in this part of the city, there is garbage floating in the water near the shore. Access to the beach from the hotel is not safe - there is a pedestrian crossing, but not every car wants to stop and you have to be very carefull. 2) The hotel has 3 elevators, only two of which are operational, which causes long waiting times, compounded by the fact that children play with the elevators by pressing all the buttons in turn. 3) Breakfast is practically the same every day, but there is a large buffet. A terrible impression is made by children running around among the guests in the canteen, coughing on the plates prepared for the guests, placed under the buffet at knee level, and digging into the food on the buffet. 4) Generally, it is clean, but the staff, apart from the rooms, forgets to clean the corridors (vacuum the carpet) and wipe the elevators, which stink after several trips by a larger number of guests (lack of ventilation). The cleaning service surprised me with its visit to the room at 7:40 p.m. 5) I was given an uncleaned room, which was changed after reporting to the reception 6) There were noises from the corridor and noises from the next room. 7) The hotel does not offer airport transfers as stated in the description (Agoda). 8) It would be useful to be informed before entering the canteen that dinner costs 70 dinars, so as not to surprise customers with the bill after the meal.”

“we enjoyed our stay ,staff friendly ,very clean rooms. food is quite tasty with lot of nice choices. animation by day at pool or night for adults and kids are very nice! They hire clearly great staff at every level. what to improve, rooms are old , more for a two three star hotel ,flood with shower as no protection and very old system , we tried to bypass this bad point to have a nice stay.”

“Very friendly staff. Happy to go the extra mile. Receptionists were exceptional - always greeted us with a warm welcome. The head of housekeeping was super - warm and friendly. All the waiters were also amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect - Near to all facilities. Food was tasty but you have to go early to have more choice. I would recommend this hotel 😊 ”
