We don't have time now to wait for housekeeping working because we give them a correct time window to do it. And also we didn’t see Front office manager or any manager or the phone call from manager in that time we just see only normal staff try to solve the problem. We are not asking for compensation, but we would let you know about this and that the direct partner hotel right next to the little Shore, The Sands, and The shore Phuket always has matched our expectations to the full.”

“1. 체크인, 체크아웃 시 큰 짐이 있어도 호텔 입구 직원이 도와주지 않았습니다. 2. 로비 직원은 큰 짐이 있어도 방까지 갈 수 있도록 도와주지 않았습니다. 3. 로비 직원은 소개할 때 문을 열어 두었습니다. 방을 나가고 3. 청소 직원이 방에 와서 우리가 하지 말라고 하고 할 필요가 없다고 말한 후 (우리가 사용하지 않은) 음료를 다시 채우려고 했습니다. 4. 그들은 누군가의 여행 가방을 가져왔습니다. 5. 그들은 청소를 떠납니다. 매일 밤 길가에 가방을 놔둔다 6. 물 서버를 사용하라고 하는데 물이 부족했다 7. 체크인할 때 아무도 사용하지 않는 소파가 있는데 우리가 있어도 아주 작은 구석으로 가라고 했다. 아이 7. 미안하고 고맙다는 말은 한 번도 하지 않았어요. 체크아웃할 때 결제하고 나면 괜찮다고 하더군요. 시설도 좋고 레스토랑 직원의 서비스도 약간 좋지만 다른 서비스는 상당히 나쁩니다. 전체적으로 너무 과대평가됐네요.”
