“Its 20 minutes walk from villas to University. its at the left side of the train station which away from busy and noisy right side. There is a lot of resturant and supermarket next to train station so you can get what ever you need with walking distance. Breakfast very nice and value for money, there is staff to cook the egg for you !”

“I specifically booked and paid for a standard room after declining the option on Agoda to book a cheaper room which was offered with No window. When I went to check in the receptionist said my booking was for a room with no window and wanted me to pay extra for a room with a window. This was clearly a mistake by the hotel system and the receptionist lady name of *** was very insensitive to my claim and refused numerous times to believe me.It took me 15 minutes of protesting and showing her my reservation and email before she eventually backed down and gave me the standard room I booked. When I booked a standard room the website pictures clearly showed a window. When she eventually gave in and gave me the room I booked it was fine but had no view. I guess this was done for spite. The hotel was very low occupancy and I guess there were better rooms. I am a hotelier also and the lack of understanding from reception left a poor impression with me. I choose to go out and spend my money in other restaurants and bars locally rather than the hotel as I was so disappointed and felt they tried to extract extra money from me. I expect the hotel will come on and try to explain this as a simple mistake by Agoda but in my opinion they don’t really care about guests and will just reply to this review as damages limitation. Disappointed should have been a better attitude from reception to a customer ”

“Convenient location close from Central station and downtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Small rooms but that is the standard in all Nordic countries. Overall nice experience. ”
