“We had a great two-night stay at this spa resort in Haparanda. You can choose to stay in a hotel room or park your trailer at one of their camping pitches. We stayed in Building A. Our Agoda booking said our double room had air conditioning, but it didn't. Thankfully, the weather was cool, so it wasn't a big problem. The room was spacious and had a separate area for clothes and luggage. Even though we didn't book a room with a special view, the scenery from our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked that the TV had built-in Chromecast. The bathroom was clean, but bathing soap was not provided. Breakfast was included and offered a typical European buffet with a good variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and one or two hot meat dishes. The restaurant overlooks the Torne River, making the view during breakfast even better. The spa entrance is not included in the room rate, but I think it's worth paying extra. We stayed on weekdays, so there were only a few guests, making the experience even more relaxing. If you don't have a car, getting to and from the city center is easy. The Ringlinjen bus stops at the hotel several times a day. Just make sure to check the schedule and plan your trip.”
