“We arrived early and were told the room would be ready by 14:30-15:00. When we came back at 17:00 our room was not ready yet and we had to wait another hour until we got the key. The room we got was NOT the double room we reserved and paid for but a twin bed room. There was no shampoo in the showers. The staff was clueless. ”

“So where to start. 200 euro for this. It was crazy. Window was broken, no tea and coffee making facilities and way out of town, next to a shopping centre and McDonald’s. Never had such bad value for money. Maybe the algorithms were working against me as I booked late but no excuse for the poor quality and bad value for money of this place. Reality this stay, with basic breakfast, should have been 100 euros. Pay a bit more and stay in town but don’t stay here.”

“The hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the city center. The facilities are clean, with large common areas, two restrooms, and two kitchens. I was also grateful for a room upgrade during my stay. However, my experience ended terribly. Upon returning to pick up my deposit luggage after checkout, I found the door code had been changed without informing earlier. I had a train to catch later. After staff finally let me in, she aggressively demanded I leave immediately, refusing to let me wait even briefly for my train. She supervised my entire departure as if I were a thief, forcing me to take my luggage and leave the premises entirely. Despite the great start, being treated with such suspicion and hostility makes this a place I cannot recommend and will never return to. ”
