“the facility is good with a car parking, breakfast & shuttle bus to Haram. Plus, a supermarket a services around the area. Th shuttle bus stops near the basement of the clock towers, and takes around 20 min trip. but not very covenient if you are planning to visit the Haram multiple times a day.”

“Hotel is clean, rooms shown on agoda for 2 adults And 2 kids are very small. Had to take one additional room as kids age 8-11 couldn't sleep in the bed with us. one sofa come bed was provided but the entire room is very small in general too. The breakfast was same, no difference for all 3 days. They have Shuttle service to Haram , it takes approximately around 20 25mins.”

“It's great facility and great value for money. I will say it point by point things I liked and didn't like: 1. Breakfast was awesome, fresh and delicious 2. Facility is new, clean and Well maintained. 3. Location is at distance from Haram but there is a shuttle with schedule given to follow, which covers up for that. Plus if you like quiet and calm places then Azizia is a place you should opt for your hotel. 4. Housekeeping is average coz its only available at day time. When you come back at night and your room is not made or you need anything then housekeeping is off. 5. Communication is the biggest problem. Except for two persons, staff is not communicative at all. They have very laid back, slow approach”
