“I was shocked because of the lady at the reception with short blonde hair and tight jeans. She was unproffessional and really not in good behaviour with her attire also. I couldn’t believe it was 4star hotel and named as a seafront “luxury” hotel especially because of her. While I check in, she couldn’t understand what I say despite my clear English pronounciation. She even couldn’t write down number and asked me more than 3times, after then showed me wrong number. And she process my check in electronically, she suddenly laugh and mocked me with in-ear reciever. I felt really bad so I asked her to concentrate on me and she denied nothing from her in-ear. When she checked my reservation she asked me if I want to check the room. So I agreed and followed bellman and told him I will stay here. After few minutes, bellman knocked and brought mobile card reader to ask me to pay room fare despite I already paid fully via agoda. Then I claimed this issue by phone to reception and her answer was OK, no need to pay. Does she has intellectual and mental issue? I travelled a lot of countries and stayed many hotel include more cheaper one than this hotel and she was the worst receptionist I ever met. The room was big and the view of this hotel was nice but me and my friend had bad memory of this hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel except my enemy.”

“We have always had a fantastic experience at various Rosewood Hotels globally and our stay at the Rosewood Jeddah was also exemplary. The location being right next to the Cornice was perfect Corniche. The rooms, cleanliness and hotel staff were top-notch. Sumaiya (concierge) was super helpful in helping arrange our hotels in Makkah. Our butler, Gopal, we extremely attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely stay there again our next trip. ”

Also, after a busy day in Jeddah, the hotel provides an relaxing oasis away from the bustle. They also have an excellent infinity pool on the top floor. Finally, the hotel staff are extremely kind and attentive and dedicated to the needs of guests. I think this is the best choice for its class in Jeddah, and I will stay here in my future visits to the city. ”
