“Positive: Relatively New Hotel, Spacious Room, Freindly Reception, Good Location if you have a car (not that good if you consider walking around) / Negative: we waited 90 minutes to get our room (from 15:00 till 16:30)(they apologized & offered us free breakfast, free extra bed & late checkout by my demand), Breakfast was average (more of 3 stars hotel not a Hilton thing), Housekeeping section is disastrous (they provide things after many calls and long waiting time / we asked for room cleaning and nobody showed up!), The hotel swimming pool timing were divided for men hours & women hours, but no family hours & women hours were the weekend morning (which is not fair for families with kids), we asked for non-smoking room and they provided the room in the smoking floor. From our experience the hotel administration & management lack even the basic needed experience to run a hotel business, hopefully they will improve with time. ”
