“The staff is not present, be sure you will have to wait… ( I arrived at 8pm, called 3 times the number and waited 15 minutes, for someone to answer ) No one is on site neither in the evening nor during the day and no instructions are given. The room was not what I paid for as a bed ( I chose a double bed and I received 3 single beds ) it was colder in the room than outside, what kept me from sleeping ! ”
