“Returned third time to this hotel, every time we pass Sibiu and stay overnight in this, location never got disappointed, always very happy for their hospitality 15 minutes walk to the city centre Easy going, professional, friendly and helpful staff, super breakfast, lots of choices, clean, spacious rooms. Best choice in Sibiu close to city centre ”

“This is a good hotel but not recommended if the weather is hot / warm. The air conditioners in the hotel are weak and we could hardly sleep in the night. The air conditioner units are placed above the entrance door and it hardly cools the small entrance area of the room, while room is hot throughout. Surprised to see this poor design of the air condition location. We requested for a fan but got a negative response from the reception. We called the hotel manager and his comment was that we can change the hotel is we want to, with full refund. Asking a customer to change the hotel at midnight was another surprise. We also had another customer few rooms down the corridor who had a similar complaint. Breakfast was also average and was located in a temporary conference room. Interestingly, the banquet manager told us that fans are available at the hotel and they use it regularly in the banquet during hot weather. Overall, the experience was poor.”

“Very clean, nicely decorated, good food. 20 min walk distance from downtown, historical centre.”

“Everything was good - the room, staffs, location. The staff at the breakfast counter were very kind. We checked in very late at early morning as our car broke down on the way and the reception staff received us with a smile even though it was too late. Overall enjoyed the stay. They have parking in front of the hotel and plenty of public parking space opposite to the hotel if the hotel parking is full. My only suggestion would be to include the cost of water in the room rent instead of charging the customer from mini fridge in the room and create a feeling that the customer gets free chilled water. That can improve the customer experience even better.”
