“Returned third time to this hotel, every time we pass Sibiu and stay overnight in this, location never got disappointed, always very happy for their hospitality 15 minutes walk to the city centre Easy going, professional, friendly and helpful staff, super breakfast, lots of choices, clean, spacious rooms. Best choice in Sibiu close to city centre ”

“This is a good hotel but not recommended if the weather is hot / warm. The air conditioners in the hotel are weak and we could hardly sleep in the night. The air conditioner units are placed above the entrance door and it hardly cools the small entrance area of the room, while room is hot throughout. Surprised to see this poor design of the air condition location. We requested for a fan but got a negative response from the reception. We called the hotel manager and his comment was that we can change the hotel is we want to, with full refund. Asking a customer to change the hotel at midnight was another surprise. We also had another customer few rooms down the corridor who had a similar complaint. Breakfast was also average and was located in a temporary conference room. Interestingly, the banquet manager told us that fans are available at the hotel and they use it regularly in the banquet during hot weather. Overall, the experience was poor.”

“We loved this modern hotel a lot for the fact it is has new facilities, beds and some limited free parking. Theres even a popular restaurant attached to the side of the biuilding. Great if u dont mind driving into the old city or walking there. About 12-15 mins walk or just a bus away. We used sibiu as our base to explore other parts of the region, so it was good for us. If you drive, this place is great. ”
