Things to improve
- better Spa treatments, therapists were unprofessional, late and made muscules hurt — they didnt charge but it is not about money
- better service (missed orders, and tried to charge for soup that was spilled on the way to villa)
- better home menu for netflix chill (no cold cuts, no cheese platters, snacks, only very expensive dishes, no snacks in the minibar)
- better introduction to experiences (no intro about boats, safaris, spa etc, you need to research yourself)
Overall, amazing experience with some bad moments. 4/5”
