“It's a cool vibe didn't like the fact that the pool was apart of the restaurant ”

“My group arrived late due to a Delta Airlines mechanical issue. We checked in at 10 pm instead of 11 am. When Entering my suite, it was a little musty, which added to my anxiety, but the beds were beautiful, and the bathroom was spectacular. The next day, we checked out the rest of the hotel, and it was nostalgic—A+ for historical value. The breakfast buffet was great but pricey. The Tariff blew my mind. It went from 400 a night to about 589. This resort is a winner.”

“I parked, (self park), my car 25.00 usd fee. Resort Fee 45.00. So the room is not that affordable. The facilities are excellent, staff really helpful my room was very quiet, great noise insulation. I was looking for something in the rage of 150.009n a Wensday nite, I got slapped with a 223 dollar room. Thanks a lot. I will never tryst this or any app will call the property to check Resort Fees. If you ate on a Budget this is not your place!”

“What spoilt this initil 4 night stay £505.78 then additional 2 nights £248.58, total £ 754. 36 was that i was charged twice for incidentals $150, $300 in total. I feel the initial payment should of transferred to the next booking. Secondly I was advised by a reception staff member to wrongly use the airwallet app and I was charged twice for the washer dryer . He then told me to contact the company. Very unhelpful. This wasnt a large amount but the principal. ”

“I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed my time at the hotel. Pros: free water bottles throughout the hotel, and a water bottle filling station in the lobby. very cold ac in the rooms. great pillows, a strong water pressure. decently comfy bed. cabanas and rooftop seating both around the pool and the entire roof, really friendly staff. Cons: some small stains on the linens that were not changed even though housekeeping was called, the $45 mandatory charge, of which only $21 dollars could be used to purchase food ($5 at the lobby convenience store, $16 at the rooftop bar). The ac in the room is quite loud, and the room could use a dehumidifier. Overall, a solid stay. Would be more worth the price without the $45 mandatory fee.”
