“I need to say that the stay and the location were great. The rooms were perfect, its has everything you need in the kitchen, good space. The cleaniness in the room was very good. However the pool was filthy, the water was murky and the floor very slippery. My daughter ended up with an ear infection. There isn't enough parking. They only allow one car per room, including in suites with two bedrooms. And even then, people have to block other cars and leave the keys at the front desk. Finally, someone hit our car in the parking lot, and we couldn't claim anything because They discourage you by making you look for a lawyer to handle the process with the insurance company. A lawyer is going to cost more than what the insurance company was going to give us for the car, if they even gave us anything.”
