“We went there in April which is a shoulder season. It was not too crowded and we liked it. It is just behind the shopping and restaurants street, Krupowki St. There is a grocery store too. The swimming pool is small but 2 saunas are nice which was open 2 to 9 pm. Breakfast had many items, hot and cold, fruits and vegetables, different kinds of cold meats and cheeses, salads and desserts. The hotel is very old but mostly renovated or upgraded. Most of the rooms had a balcony and a mountain view. Our bed was very old and a dent where bum is. It was so bad my husband could not sleep. The next day we asked to change the room and they could do it as the hotel had room available. There was bottle water, fridge and kettle, instant coffee and tea in the room. It was a very good stay. “The interior is beautiful and clean, just like in the picture. The bed was spacious and comfortable. What was particularly good was that each room has a terrace. The air conditioning was good, and the small refrigerator and kitchen were really useful. The reception has water, coffee, and a microwave that are available 24 hours a day. The supermarket, bus stop, trekking, and even Zakopiańskie Krupówki are within walking distance. If I go to Zacopane next time, I will use this place again.”
