“Everything was fine, except that room was in a basement ”

“We had the pleasure to stay for night and day in thus hidden gem of a hotel very close proximity to the airport..short journey in a taxi 3mins. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner at our breakfast and he took us around the entire hotel showing us all the hidden treasures he collected over the years. My partner felt overwhelmed with excitement seeing all the plane simulator as he is also practicing pilot. The owner show us piece of important history as an world war 2 ex pilot himself he had lots of lovely stories and memoirs he shared with us. We will definitely come back thank you for the lovely experience. ”

“가격도 저렴하고 자차가 있으면 올드타운과 멀지 않아 이용하기 편해요. 께끗하고 화장실도 좋아서 4인가족 머무르기 좋았습니다.”

“The breakfast food is excellent. But all the staff are very young. No experienced manager appears in charge. Nobody knows how to maintain standards. Or fix minor problems to maintain standards. Monday. Tuesday. Cornflakes at breakfast. Wednesday - None. Waitress "Sorry. We ran out yesterday". Monday, Tuesday bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Wednesday eggs run out. Tell waitress. Wait 10 minutes. Orange juice was very watery. Lukewarm coffees. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Bar. One draft beer, Źywieć. No beer. Ran out. (When? Yesterday, last week, last year?). Bottled beer is cloudy. Airport transfer advertised. Rang reception. Told to take taxi. Train to city centre advertised. Ask reception. WHAT train? I learn later from locals it is 2 minutes walk away. One packet if tea in room. No milk. Asked reception for tea and milk. Receive a jug of milk. As for invoice in advance for an additional room. Ask 3 times. Get invoice after paying bill. It is irritating/annoying because it was 4 star and now provides 2 star service. Any half decent manager could have it in shape in a week. O. We thought a senior male in the bar Tuesday, large mixed party/convention was grooming a junior male. Waitress was rude. Stress or tiredness? ”

“공항에서 가깝고 서비스도 좋고 추천합니다 ”

“핸드폰 잊어버릴 뻔 했는데 호텔 로비 직원 덕분에 찾음.”

“Suitable place for a perfect weekend with access to the city in 20 minutes (tram or bus)”
