“The receptionist tried to change us twice for the additional two beds. We paid for additional beds and breakfast online but were told that any add-ons had to be paid at arrival. Luckily we could provide an itemised invoice. It was an unnecessary stress at the end of a long day. Besides that, the location is perfect if you are visiting the Salt Mine and the breakfast buffet was very good.”

“We stayed for one night as a family of three adults and found the location ideal for visiting the nearby salt mine. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious with three separate beds and softer mattresses, though it felt a bit dark due to limited lighting. We found the layout interesting, as the bathroom was located by the window instead of near the entrance. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was very kind, and since we visited during the holidays, the hotel was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Parking was available on-site for a reasonable fee of 15 PLN per night. Although the price could have been slightly lower, it remains a competitive and good choice compared to other options in the area. We opted for a stay without breakfast and were overall satisfied with our choice.”
