“We've checked in yesterday and to my surprise the pillow case looked dirty and has some marks on it. The toilet seemed not properly clean as there were some marks on it too. I am very particular with the cleanliness of the hotel especially if its 5 star hotel. The bed is old and pillow and pillow cases looked very cheap for 5 star. Our balcony has some cigarettes butts in the ashtray and my husband is asthmatic. This was not acceptable. We asked the reception to changed our room for which they did, however the bed we've slept last night was super uncomfortable. Beds are very old and we can definitely felt the spring every side of the bed when we sleep. We were planning to contact the reception about this but it was midnight already and we're very tired. For the price I have paid, it's not worth it. Have backpain this morning after sleeping in the mattress full of spring. They should replace all the beds and mattress. I paid too much and not worth the price.”
