“Jedynym plusem jest lokalizacja - do 10 min piechotą do dworca głównego i w samym centrum. Reszta to same minusy: w pokoju było zimno, popsuta rączka od prysznica, słaby ciąg wody w prysznicu, co było naprawdę irytujące i utrudniało umycie się, brak żelu pod prysznic, ręczniki i kołdra były czyste ale nie wyglądały zachęcająco, zacinająca się suszarka do włosów, w pokoju było wszystko słychać co się dzieją na korytarzu. Bardzo irytujące miejsce na pobyt.”

“Stayed for a night on from 12th to 13th May 2026. Everything was very clean. Bathroom was equipped with everything we need like towels, tissue rolls, shower gel, shampoo, handwash but not a bidet. The bidet is really needed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. There was a tv which we didnt use though, a beautiful balcony with a good view, tea kettle, water, glasses, coffee cups, sugar sachets, tea bags, wooden tea spoons, dustbin, mirror. Overall really good experience. The hotel inside is pretty gives a vintage cottagey vibe and is very well maintained, quiet and clean. ”

“The hotel is actually OK, but seriously short of Marriot standards! To begin, we arrived late, so the underground garage was already full, and we were sent to an external parking lot around a 5-minute drive from the hotel (there was a 60 pln charge for this per night). Unfortunately, the parking lot is not marked properly and it took us around 20 minutes to find it. However, when we got there we were shocked to discover that it was an old industrial lot that looked like a part of an abandoned shipyard from decades ago (the dormant cranes are still there). The surface was also from a by-gone era as there were big potholes and uneven tarmac everywhere. Then, we began looking for the spot number we were assigned and after another 15-20 minutes of searching for a number on the ground in total darkness, we came to the conclusion the number doesn’t exist! The lot was also in a area without a living soul around so made us feel quite uncomfortable. We tried to complain about this to a manager on duty the next day, but none was on site. A while later we were asked to speak to one, but I am not sure we were actually speaking to anyone in charge as the gentleman (Mr. Pietrzak) was serving omelettes at breakfast time as he is a sous chef there as well. To add insult to injury, he did not speak English, so my wife couldn’t understand what we were talking about. Can you be a manger on duty at a Marriot hotel without speaking English-I doubt it, so I think the staff may have asked someone to tell us he was the manager. I also did not get a business card from the gentleman, so can’t be sure who he really was. Either way, a bizarre moment at a Marriot Hotel! Furthermore, on the second day of our stay, the breakfast hall was full and at least 12 people were standing in line to eat. In all my travels, I’ve never witnessed such breakfast chaos in a 5 or 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, nothing was done by the staff to speed things up, and they also had a difficulty expressing anything in English to the pretty frustrated guests. Finally, I overheard one of the front desk guys telling a guest in Polish that he can’t be in two places at the same time in a pretty annoyed tone of voice. Overall, a mixed bag experience as the rooms and location were great. ”
