“We went there for our vacation/ anniversary. We liked everything except when we got in the night shift receptionist was extremely rude. He wasn’t able to offer online prices plus became very disrespectful. We were told to book online if we want those prices. We went to the car and book a room here since it was late night. We would have stayed one night and find another place for the rest of our vacation. We booked a suite with Mountain View and paid online. We went back to the lobby to show confirmation. The same rude receptionist gives us a deluxe room with no view. His response, “we are sold out of the suites.” Then way was it available online? Why after we were given the deluxe room, the deluxe room was sold out online? And mind you, deluxe was $*** cheaper. At this point we weren’t getting anywhere. We asked for his manager info and went to the room. The next day we came across Kashif. He was the morning receptionist. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have stayed for 5 days. Him and the overnight guard as well as the breakfast crew made his bad behavior fade. But it didn’t go away. ”
