“The hotel is a little far from the city proper. It's a 15-20 minute drive from tourist spots like Sumlang Lake and Cagsawa Ruins, and 30 minutes away from Legazpi. Moreso, we enjoyed our stay since the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. The room and facilities were nice and clean, but some fixtures, specially in the bathroom, need to be maintained. The room that we stayed in are not sound proof so it's just a little disturbing. There was an ongoing party at that time and we hear the sound of the videoke and the movement of furnitures. Though, it is stated in their house rules that noise should be only until 10:00 pm. I hope that the management will address these concerns. Beyond that, I will recommend this hotel, especially for groups of 6-8 members. Will definitely visit again. Thank you, Bernese Hotel. ”
