“The resort itself is quite nice. The grounds are lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and it provides a great backdrop for a relaxing getaway. If you are looking for a beautiful location to unwind, this place definitely delivers on aesthetics. However, a word of advice: don't expect too much when it comes to the service. While the staff are okay and polite enough when you speak to them, they aren't particularly accommodating or proactive. If you go in with managed expectations regarding the hospitality and are happy to just enjoy the nice facilities, you will have a perfectly fine stay. It’s a great spot, just come prepared to be a bit more self-reliant!”

“The room was nice and spacious, but the water pressure in the bathroom was a joke! It was so weak that we had to use another bathroom on the first floor because we couldn’t properly use the shower in our room. This definitely needs to be addressed. Overall, this stay was a disappointment and not worth the money. The entire facility was uncomfortably hot, and the swimming pool was filthy. There was also very little to do in the surrounding area. The staff were accommodating and friendly, which was the only real positive. Other than the helpful staff and the decent room size, I see no reason to come back.”
