“The room itself is very clean but the hallway outside is very old and dirty. No hot shower but the bathroom looks well-maintained. Parking needs reservation and you need to pay P250. The location is crowded and a bit noisy due to the wet and dry market.”

“Overall, it’s liveable. But there is only 1 AC inside 1 room, and they said it will cool-up all spaces anyway. There are clutters (old matresses) beside the bed in the other room. The kitchen utensils are in okay condition, laddles are greasy, kitchen scissors are rusty. No shampoo and hand soap feels like it has been there for years. They asked for security deposit upon check-in but failed to give it back upon check-out. They said it will be given back via Gcash, which they did, but I don’t think that is appropriate. If they want to check the unit first, they could’ve had someone ready to check upon check-out. What if the cleaner said we damaged something and we are at disadvantage since they already have the money. What if we cannot call them anymore. It’s only 1k but I don’t think there’s logic to this system, which by the way we weren’t told about beforehand.”

“The room is clean and the airconditioning is satisfying. The TV, refrigerator and other appliances are working, with free drinking water. Thanks”
