“The grounds are attractive and well maintained; however, in my opinion this was not a five-star hotel experience. We were required to pay USD $10 per person to use the hot “jacuzzi” pool, which is located next to the main pool but only available at night and not as a private booking. We ultimately had to cancel as it was my partner’s birthday and our tour guide had organised an event we wanted to attend. Despite this, we were still charged, as we were told the pool had just been turned on. We had attempted to call beforehand to cancel, but the phone lines did not work - both ourselves and our tour guide were unable to through, reception staff said the lines “were open” - we had to get a tuktuk back just to tell them we wanted to cancel. The shower had significant pink mould on the tiles, I chose to shower wearing flip flops. While the rooms are ok, they do not meet a five-star standard. The reception staff were also less friendly than expected. Everywhere else we stayed in Peru, staff were exceptional and attentive, however this was not our experience here. Prior to arrival, I emailed to ask whether any complimentary birthday arrangements could be organised for my partner. I was advised this would be arranged upon providing his passport as proof, however nothing was organised or even acknowledged. In contrast, the hotel we stayed at the night before unexpectedly delivered a small cake to the room, the night before his birthday & without us requesting or mentioning it. That level of thoughtfulness truly reflects good hospitality. Access into Paracas was inconvenient. Tuk-tuks do not travel to the hotel, we were advised Uber had a 50-minute wait time, and reception eventually offered to organise a taxi after 15 minutes of being stuck. We avoided reception staff after the few off putting encounters with them. Other staff we encountered, including restaurant and pool staff, were however very friendly and welcoming. Overall, for a property listed as five-star and costing close to AUD $*** for two nights, the experience was very disappointing.”

“객실은 전반적으로 매우 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 바닥과 욕실 모두 깔끔한 상태를 유지하고 있어 첫인상부터 신뢰감을 주었습니다. 침구 역시 포근하고 쾌적하여 장시간 이동 후에도 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 소음 차단도 비교적 잘 되어 숙면에 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 직원들의 응대는 전반적으로 친절하면서도 과하지 않아 부담 없이 요청사항을 전달할 수 있었고, 체크인과 체크아웃 과정도 신속하고 체계적으로 이루어져 이용이 편리했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 주요 관광지나 상업지역과의 접근성이 좋아 이동이 수월했으며, 주변에 다양한 식당과 카페, 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 체류 기간 동안 별도의 불편함 없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 다만 성수기에는 투숙객이 많아 공용 공간에서 다소 혼잡함이 느껴질 수 있고, 특히 엘리베이터 이용 시 대기 시간이 길어지는 점은 아쉬운 부분이었습니다. 또한 객실 간 간접 소음이 완전히 차단되지는 않아 민감한 경우에는 다소 신경이 쓰일 수 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전체적인 시설 관리 상태와 서비스 수준, 위치적 장점을 종합적으로 고려했을 때 가격 대비 만족도가 높은 편이며, 재방문 의사가 충분히 생길 만한 호텔이라고 판단됩니다.”

“Hotel is a walk out of the center. Room was lovely, like the pictures. Reception was very friendly, room clean, pool amazing. They provide pool towels. Quiet at night, walkway sea side to town. Breakfast was good, although the provided cooked items weren't kept hot, so could be improved. We found it relatively expensive in comparison to others hotels we stayed in Peru”
