“We arrived to be told they couldn’t find our booking and needed to see the Agoda confirmation- it look a little while for me to locate it in my emails during which time the receptionist tried to encourage us to go to an alternative Wyndham saying we must be mistaken - we found the confirmation and we were at the correct hotel. There was much muttering but then a room key appeared. We mentioned that our flight back to the UK had been rescheduled until late I. The evening the next day and would we be able to use the hotel facilities ( ie pool) after checking out of the room - yes no problem was the reply. Room was super comfortable and there was a free welcome drink available in the bar which was great. Next day on checking out at midday we asked about using the pool and were told it was not possible as engage checked out - we would need to pay a fee and when we asked what it might be none knew - so we gave up in that idea ! Summary is lovely room super comfy bed and great location but…….”
