“The site is still under construction, no staff, no kitchen, no lift, nothing. All the images posted were AI generated. Its a total scam. I need full refund. We spent 7 hours travelling to this unbuilt resort to figure out it doesn't even exist with basic needs. So disappointing. This is doubly disappointing due to the fact that this was our honeymoon. On arrival we were informed that the hotel was not ready yet and this is a soft launch. The property lacked a proper entrance, there was no lift, we encountered dirt all over the carpets both inside and outside our rooms. To our shock, we were also bluntly informed that there was no chef on site, a very limited range of food items and no basic amenities in the bathroom. To add to it, we were unable to even close the blinds within the washroom. To state that this 'property' is 5-star on agoda is an absolute shambles and an outright lie. This is a clear scam, and as two busy professionals (I am a doctor and my wife a graphic designer) with limited leave after our wedding, this is frankly appalling. We spent several highly stressful hours organising emergency accommodation in Pokhara (there was little available due to new years bookings) and will be forced to cancel our trip short and return home. We expect a full refund and investigation.”
