“Although I needed 3 rooms, I "mistakenly" booked 4 about "2 months" before the arrival date. Immediately I made a special request via Agoda and even I called the hotel to negotiate, but this hotel didn't accept our request by mentioning it was non-refundable. I was told by the staff that the Manager would call me again, but never happened. The hotel won't listen to me at all. I was surprised at the lack of flexibility. On top of that, they only offered keys for three rooms. That's just stingy. At least in my country, that kind of response would never happen. They also didn't provide cleaning service every other day for the same price. They also didn't clearly explain the complicated and bizarre taxes, parking fees, etc. I'll never use their hotel again.”
