“They advertise a pool. They state its opening hours. I went there twice during open hours, once I was asked to leave because the pool would be closed for cleaning. Next day I couldn't even enter, the pool was closed. They would not give me a partial refund-- tough luck was their attitude. So if you're a swimmer, get a cheaper hotel nearer the centrum and use a public pool.”
