“The staff are nice, breakfast didn’t have too many choices but good taste. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was as described and very straightforward. It is a floating house, so there is some rocking (similar to what you would get from a boat). We had particularly high winds which made this rocking quite pronounced. We found some sea sickness tablets in the bathroom which came in handy.”

“Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and beautiful, restaurants and supermarket nearby, very convenience. 5 mins walk to metro station. A relax place to stat for vacation.”

“Small cosy hotel with lots of little perks like free coffee, water and fruit any time. Not too far to the centr of Rotterdam and places to eat not too far away. Would recommend.”

“Had to book at the last minute, but Citizen M did not disappoint. the room allotted was great, the staff was very helpful during check in, even though it was a self check in process. great stay! ”

“I'd highly recommend the hotel. The location was good, staff were friendly and the place was clean. The price was decent for the large sized room which we had. We felt safe and they provided a travel cot with bedding, at our request prior to arriving. Our baby slept extremely well which says it all. It's not directly located in the centre, but it's roughly 15-20 mins walk from everywhere that you'd want to go. If I ever visit Rotterdam again then I'll definitely come to Supernova hotel.”
