“I stayed one night to visit the Mauritshuis Museum in The Hague and sightseeing in Delft. The location is good, being halfway between The Hague and Delft, and accessible by a single tram ride to both. There is also a spa available for guests, which was very relaxing. However, the sauna in the spa was only open until 8 PM, so when I went in it wasn't warm. The information provided beforehand stated that the spa was open until 11 PM, but if there are time restrictions on the use of certain facilities, it would have been helpful if this information had been provided on the website or in the guest room information. Also, after using the spa at night, I tried to take a shower in my room, but no matter how hard I tried, no hot water would come out. So I went back to use the spa shower, but even though it was around 10:30 PM, the door was locked. Again, if there is a final entry time for the spa, it would have been helpful if this had been announced beforehand. Since it was the middle of the night, I had no choice but to wash my head and feet while shivering. Overall, the hotel gave me the impression of being clean and relaxing, but the shower issue was disappointing.”

“Its too expensive for the price.first of all false advertisement Beds aren't king size or queen size there all two beds pushed into each other and middle of the night you'll find yourself sinking in the middle. Bathroom full of mold and limescale, towels aren't clean their full of stains and the breakfast nothing is fresh the fruitsalad was very bad the salad was bad the cheese was stale the scrambled eggs are drowning in water the only fresh food was the omelet but dont ask with tomato you'll regret it . And its a hotel that Harbours immigrants nothing against them but if your looking for some piece and tranquility and smoke free aroma this not the hotel for you . Its a shame cause it does have potential to be a good hotel cause the staff was amazing caring and trying to accommodate you . But there's a limit to how much . And as for the cleaning there's the problem some of them just don't do nothing agora is not letting me share the foto but it was a picture of the toilet in my room that had blood dripp/line/streak from the seat to below the toilet. ”
