“Stayed here 4 nights in January. No trains were running so we took a taxi in from Den Borsch. The TV in the 1st room was broken so they moved us to another room with no fridge (was broken but not replaced). Good thing it was snowing so we left our yogurts on the window ledge where its cold. Nice thick curtains kept the room warm. Breakfast was the same everyday. No personal options for eggs - only boiled or ready-cooked scrambled. Some floors stank of cigarettes even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. So do becareful to inform the staff if you get a smelly room. Bed is nothing special- i think its ikea so its a tad lumpy and soft. Room needs more light but its cosy. Note that there is no daily housekeeping!”

“Small room, airco didnt work. It only blew hot air. The shower took like 2 minutes to become warm. But the personnel was okay.”

“It was more of a club than a hotel since the rooms were below average for they charge. The room didnt have soap (!!!) and had ONLY shower gel in the shower (no shampoo or conditioner). There was no sight of any hair dryer or fridge either. It’s basically just the room and towels. Still, the bed was really comfortable, location is extremely good and the staff was amazing. Just be careful though that the hotel works as a club on Friday and Saturday from 10pm to 4am and you’ll be hearing the music in your room even if you’re on the last floor (I was on the third floor). I did enjoy the music myself so I’m not complaining but it’s heads up when you book. They might also ask for €100 deposit upon check-in. Overall it’s not a bad experience but the presence of soap (especially) and a hair dryer would have made a big difference. A fridge is nice to have, not a must. I’d still recommend it if you need to stay in the center and for one night. ”
