“They have not made any improvements to the facilities, had cocroaches in the Bungalow, and ants issues, transportation within the facility is not frequent but I connected super well with many staff members and they were all 100% customers service oriented: Yaleska at front desk super staff, Lisette, Reina, Gretchen. Omara, and many others at Oceano Restaurant super super job! Rooms needs details service (the curtains didn't close completely for example)”
