“The apartment with 3 rooms and 2 washroom I stayed was clean and big space. The queen size bed quite big and comfortable. Would suggest to have roof for the entrance so easy for kids and elder to get off car when raining as the parking lot needs to walk a few stay to apartment ”

The staff was friendly but could have been more attentive to our needs. The garden on the property was a pleasant surprise, offering a peaceful retreat. However, parking was a bit of a hassle, and we struggled to find available spaces. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider returning in the future.”

“Firstly, the security guard allowed me to park at the side of the hotel. But then i was shocked when the Front Office Manager told me that i will be charged RM$80 for parking overnight at the side of the hotel which i was not informed at all about the charges. I asked for the Manager leniency not to charge me as I am not aware of the charges but i was told still need to pay for the parking charges as is it prohibited to park there as per the Manager. You should improve your parking policy to guest so that next guest won’t be ripped off like me in future! 1. Security should ask for guest room number. 2. Notified front desk their room number those car parked at your main entrance or side parking (which you say is prohibited to park) at least you can call the room number or leave a message to your guest to inform to move their car or else will be charged RM$80 for prohibited parking! ”

“Even though its located a bit far from city centre..but don't worry.. it is very near to Servay shopping mall..so u don't need to go other places as The Servay shopping mall sell many kind of item like almost the same parkson bintang megamall..& lots of local restaurant behind the hotel..will repeat again on my next trip..”
