“My flight was cancelled and thus I could not make my first night check in. I notified the hotel snd they insisted I go through Agoda as they may cancel my entire reservation even though I paid for three days. It was beyond my control that the flight was cancelled. I was having issues with my phone that day so everything was quite stressful and the hotel was not very understanding. The first night my air conditioner stopped working which was not idea and the steam room which they promote was not in service.”
